Friend's Son's Rehearsal Dinner

Hello, It has been a while from Murray, KY.  I have been busy with lots of stuff including a dear friend of mine's son's rehearsal dinner.  I'd like to share how it came out with you.  My friend, Teresa, has helped me with many occasions and she asked me to help with her son's rehearsal dinner and of course I jumped at the chance.  She wanted a Caribbean theme and personally I think it turned out quite nicely.  Take a look.

 These are some pineapple palm trees I put together for the buffet table.

 This was the head table, and I wish I had gotten a picture of the wall behind it, but I did not.  It had fish nets behind it with flowers, too cute.

 This was the entry table when the invited guests first came into the banquet center.

Many of the tables were centered with fish, and none of them died.  Yay.

And finally, the happy couple.  They are so cute.

Royal Wedding Party at work, From Murray

In an effort to celebrate with Wills and Kate, we had our own Royal Wedding party at work.  The American Nurses love the Royals.

 Our food consisted of croissant rings of chicken and broccoli,ring of roast beef and cheese, sticky buns (aka, cinnamon rolls), canapes (aka ham twirls), crumpets (aka cookies), strawberries and cream, and of course tea (in our case, fruit tea).
